When packing your team for the triathlon, it is best to sort the items into four categories and focus on one category at a moment's pause. Here's an example of breaking four categories: personal swimming, cycling, running.
The category of "private" includes:
* Identification (both photography and USAT card if available)
* Tri-Kit (Tri Suit, tri shorts / shirt combo, etc.)
* Food (drinks, gels, bars, electrolytes, etc.)
* Sun protection, lipstick, body oils, such as Body Glide
* Towelsx 2 (one and will be used in transition)
* Dry clothes and shoes after the race tightening
* Sunglasses (race and / or random)
* Brakes / Wrappers (Personal knee, leg, ankle, may be used)
* All information on courses, registration, directions, maps, etc.
It 's a good idea to spend the next three categories of work in his mind, head to toe, "then select the specific equipment to be used in that particular category.
SWIM class includes:
* Raceswim cap issued
* Glass (use fog event)
* Wetsuit or skins, if allowed / required
* Calendar Correa chip / integrated circuit (chip can be chosen the morning of the race)
This category includes BIKE:

If you are a lot of triathlon transition would be used for packaging and items before the race and where you know immediately if it lacks all critical equipment. After such a list to significantly reduce the stress you are sure you all for your next race.
